After you log in to your TurboTax account, which year do you see in the top left corner? If it says 2020 Taxes, you will have to switch over to the 2021 software to see any 2021 tax return.
To do this, follow this link (Online Tax Software) and then single-click "Sign In" in the top right corner. Choose "Continue My 2021 Tax Return" from the list. You will be directed to the 2021 software where you will then be able to see any 2021 tax returns.
