I deleted my tax return after I paid for it by mistake. When I go through the process of creating it again, it asks me to review and pay. I already paid

If you used TurboTax Online you may be able to go back to your return by following the steps in our TurboTax FAQ/video: Where do I find a copy of my filed return in TurboTax Online?
