Incorrect information on Other Information section

Hello, 

I recently was working with a competitor to file my taxes online and the tax advisor I was working with wrote wrong information in Other Information section of 1040NR. She filled wrong visa status, when I entered the US and where I filed my 2021 tax return. H&R Block aren't sure if the taxes are filed or not. Can anyone from Turbotax help me in this regard?
