I believe you might have a bug in the print function.  I am doing a spousal return (my wife and mine).  I went to print our returns and while the radio button to select to print my return was selected it printed my wife's return.  I tried again with the same result.  I tried selecting the radio button for my wife's return and still got her return printed.  I ended up creating a PDF of my return and printing that which did work.
