Turbo tax has encountered a problem. Please close window and try connecting to turbo tax online again.
I've called 2 times and turbo tax can't fix this, and keeps telling me that CRA is busy....when i can get into CRA easily as a separate search. Turbo tax is getting worse each year.
Please try to clear your cache, sign out of your return and restart your computer. You may also try using a different browser which seems to also help.
