Now, I don't even have the option to request a call and when I spoke to product specialist, they said I should call between 12AM and 8AM. Ridiculous to pay extra for this service if can't even make an appointment request at a reasonable hour, let alone get service at a reasonable hour.
I absolutely would not recommend this feature at all if this is the quality to be expected. Seems like others are having the same issue. I want to opt out of the service if I do not get an opportunity to make a request at a reasonable time for a reasonable time.
