I payed for the deluxe full service package with Turbo Tax and was paired up with a tax expert to complete my taxes yesterday April 19, 2023. He told me that he would contact me once completed and I would receive an email when completed. I have not received an email and when I log in to TurboTax it shows that it is still in Progress. Do I have to do anything on my end?
