2019 Tax Return - Free version?

I'm trying to file taxes for 2018 onwards, and for the 2019 tax return only there is no free option available.

Why is this and where can I go to do it for free? I'm filing as a non-resident so I can't use wealthsimple or simpletax.

For In 2018 we release a Free version of TurboTax CD/Download, but as it wasn’t popular, it was discontinued and not released for 2019.

For 2019 we used to have TurboTax Free Online, but as we only keep 3 years of TurboTax Online active, all versions of TurboTax Online 2019 are no longer available.

Also please note that for 2021 & 2022 TurboTax Free Online can’t be used for Non-Resident returns.
