I'm unhappy with my Turbotax agent who is not responding to my emails. She sent me a blank summary and I asked for the real summary (not BLANK), 4 times. No response. No way to contact Turbotax. Note how they don't have any media connections like Facebook or Twitter...too many complaints. I get so fed up with these guys. Next year I'll do it myself, using another tax package. Only recently did I allow Turbotax to do the taxes for me.
There should be a link on my private Turbotax page directly to a supervisor who can intervene and override the poor work of their employees.
