Payment issue
Hi. When preparing my dad's return, I was asked to pay for two returns (since I was going to prepare my mom's also) but when I got to the end of my dad's, there was no option to do my mothers. I then proceeded to prepare my mom's separately and had to pay again.
Perhaps I should have done something differently since my dad has deceased but now I've paid for three returns when I only prepared two. How can I be refunded for one of these?
