What is the email address I can send my complaints to on the "Expert Help" I've paid for but has not been delivered?

- Scheduled appointment confirmed via email for 9:00 pm yesterday.
- Automated call received at 9:10 pm without anyone on the other end.
- Called 1-800 number and spoke to Ola who set up a new appointment time for 5:00 pm today.
- NO CALL RECEIVED AS OF YET?!?
