I purchased the download Turbo Tax Standard back in December 2022 directly from Intuit. It is supposed to include 8 returns over 25K income. I have been using 5 returns each year for many years now. For some reason I only have 4 total returns over 25K available. I can find no way of contacting Turbo Tax to fix this error. The ChatBot is completely useless. Anyone else having this issue?
