Unable to netfile

I get errors trying to netfile through turbo tax standard.  Says something is wrong with my internet connection.

 

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

 

Have uninstalled and reinstalled the program

 

Have tried to submit a .netfile file, but get a picture of a dog.

 

Not happy.  Been a user for many users, but this is beyond frustrating.

Is it possible that a firewall or other network management software may be blocking access?
