Discount not applied (3-day promo)

Allo,

The 20% discount that your email promo sent April 28th was not applied at checkout.  I completed my return on April 29th.

How do I get reimbursed for the discount amount?  Thank you kindly,

I had the same issue. It seems if you do not enter through the sent discount email it does not connect the path even though they obviously have all your information. By design one might assume
