I am a citizen of USA living outside of country for last 4 years. I have a CA address for communication purposes. Based on my tax filings and https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2020/2020-1031-publication.pdf, I am a nonresident for CA tax purposes.
If I establish an LLC in Delaware, and I don't do business in CA, am I required to pay the CA $800 fee?
