This needs to change. There are many tax paying Canadian citizens who do not have access to a Canadian number. There needs to be another way for this demographic of users to make contact and navigate the system smoothly. This is not hard to trouble shoot - provide a number so we can call you, verify by email, set up a video call, set up an audio call through third party platforms, have a request live online chat option, etc. "No" is not good enough.
