I am on desktop Chrome, trying to view past returns. I use the desktop TT versions, not the online versions.
I can log in. I can see that I have bought TT for several years, so I know I am in the right account.
Nothing on this screen gets me started looking at past year returns. I have read the help file, which says
"On the next screen, scroll down and select Your tax returns & documents". There is nothing like that on my screen, even if I scroll down.
If I click on the Turbo Tax button, I get to the home screen which wants me to answer questions to start a return ("Welcome! Tell us a bit about yourself so we can get started!")
