Lost my license code

HI i lost my license code for turbo tax 2021.   Recently i have been asked to provide forms that i had not filed online, and find the software  (but not the taxfiles) is missing from my computer.   I tried to download it again,  but of course need a key.    Alternately i will buy another copy,  but can't seem to figure out how to do that either

Troubleshooting

You can contact our phone support team and they can verify if we have your code- if yes, then they will be able to give it to you. If not, unfortunately you will need to purchase another copy. You can purchase directly from TurboTax.
