Hello, I tried filing my son's return and was asked to pay a fee. A filed out the required credit card information and i received and error message something like Oops something went wrong please try again. I tried again with a different credit card and got the same error message. I believe I received two emails suggesting I have been charged twice at this point, but I still get the error message and I cannot proceed to the next step to file the return.
