Are you logged into 2023 or a previous year? If you are logged into 2023, you’ll need to scroll down to the bottom and click on “Access your filed tax returns” to get PDF files of your filled returns. If you want to actually go into a return file, you will have to login to the year that the return was filed for.
If “Access your filed tax returns” is empty, you may be logged into and account that is different from the one you used to create those returns.
