2023 Download License code cannot be entered

Downloaded and installed 2023 version.  When the page comes up to activtate Turbotax with the license code, I'm unable to type in the box.  No error, I'm just unable to enter the code.  I tried pasting too, but that doesn't work either.

Troubleshooting

Please try using the tab key on your keyboard to see if you can get the text cursor into the licence code box.

Troubleshooting

Thanks.  That worked.  

 

Although my text cursor was showing in the box, I wasn't able to enter text but your suggestion of tabbing worked!
