I lost my desktop when my basement flooded this past summer. I have managed to recover the hard drive with all of the information which included the TurboTax software download for 2023. However, I could not recover the serial key for the download which I did back in January 2024. Is it possible to get the serial key for that download so I can reinstall the 2023 TurboTax program on my new machine??

I can't reinstall Turbotax 2018. When I try to activate the software, but there is already a key. I click to change to the proper one, but it doesn't work. I rebuilt the laptop recently. All other turbotaxes 2019 and later work fine
