Turbotax 2023 Autorefill ?

Hello,

 

I just installed Turbotax 2023.  Everthing ok,  except "Import Tax data from CRA/RQ" item under File menu is greyed out.  Is it normal at this time since it is too early for the tax season?.   Please someone has installed TTax 2023,  help confirm if you found the same?

Troubleshooting

The EFILE and NETFILE Web services are experiencing a partial disruption. As a result, you might receive the technical difficulties response for certain returns. (This might be part of the issue) Please update us if you are still having issues.
