I had to Netfile for my spouse first ($0 Income) and then mine went through fine. 

Unfortunately this solution was not given to me when I spent an hour on the phone with Turbo Tax and was told to "wait a few days and try again".

@SM841 Interestingly, I tried your way - by filing my spouse's filing (0 income) first. Still, it did not work for my filing. I was still getting the same error. So, I tried two other fixes: 1/ $1 income and 2/ Removing BC renter's credit form. Those worked for me.

I also had the error 960576 and solve it by doing the first solution suggested:

 

- Didn't change my BC renter's credit form, kept the information as I had filled previously

- Filed my wife's first (She have zero income, and I kept that way)

- Filed my one after hers.

 

It worked! No issues!
