AFter Feb 19 update Windows 10 version opens to "Form T1135 has changed.." Can't get past it. Have to kill the process. How to report this bug?

Please try reinstalling the software using the download from our website. You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
