Why do I keep getting stuck having to re-enter my contact information instead of reloading it from past years?
I have used TurboTax for 2 years now. I can see my last two years of returns, but for this year, once again I have to enter my contact information. why?

Troubleshooting
We are currently having an issue with not being able to carry forward prior years’ tax information to a new return. Our product development team is working on resolving this issue and will have it resolved ASAP.

The issue has been resolved. You should now be able to transfer your 2021 TurboTax Online return into 2022.
