You need to go to the Provincial section/menu and answer the questions at the begining of the Quebec interview, and you will be able to enter the information from your Relevé 31 when you select tenant in the interview.

Thank you, but I can't see tenant option in the interview at the beginning. There is no any question regarding to tenant. 

In the tabs of the questionnaire I only have the ones below and there is no question regarding to tenant.

your other quebec credits profile 

Could you please help me being more specific where can I find this option and how is formulated the question?
