Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant [2023]
On the second page of form GSTC, Box 22 ("Enter the amount of your 2023 Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant"), that seems to require manual entry from page three of form GSTC, Box 12 ("Annual Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant"). Is there a way to automatically carry forward that amount, as there's no prompt to enter it so it's easy to overlook.
Or is Box 22 asking for the prior year's grant, and Box 12 is for the subsequent year? It's just called "Annual", I'm not sure which year it's referring to. Either way, it would be great if the software could automatically populate Box 22 with the correct grant or prompt for it to be entered.

Troubleshooting
The application for the Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant on your 2023 taxes if for your 2024 OSHPTG. So, Box 22 is asking for your prior year's grant (2023).
I have passed a suggestion to our product development team that they make it more clear what the line is asking for. Thank you for your input.

Troubleshooting
I live in Ontario and by mistake I applied for the "Ontario Senior Homeowners' property tax grant". The software detected the mistake and when I do the review I get this message:
"you have chosen to apply for the Onatrio senior Homeowners' property tax grant but you do not meet the requirement of being the age of at least 64 on Dec. 31st, please remove it"
When I click on FIX IT , I get to the Canada Carbon Rebate . It seems to be a bug and I can not fix it and use CRA Netfile Service. Would you please tell me how I can fix it as I want to send my income tax return. [removed Licence Code ]
Maybe you can fix it on your end.
Thanks

Troubleshooting
@Helene Filion To fix this issue, select Provincial > Ontario from the left side menu. Then continue through until you get to the page where it asks you if you want to apply for the Ontario senior homeowners' property tax grant. Then you can say No Claim, save and try to file again.
