Trying to connect CRA account. Everytime getting error. "Oops, we encountered an error" Earlier i tried to contact turbotax but that customer service agent didn't help me

Sign into your CRA "My Account", then try again.

Troubleshooting

If you try 5 times you will be locked out. Did you already clear your cookies/cache, sign out of your return then restart your computer? Did you try to sign in to your MyAccount before trying in your return? This sometimes helps if you already have it open in another screen.
