In 2023 I have sold a property, with a profit of aprx. 15,000; this shows online when when entering the amounts for purchase/sale; the 15,000 is clearly shown under "Gains", but, when I advance further, nothing changes in my amount owing/refund, and it doesn't show under Taxable Capital Gains in the summary. Half of this amount is supposed to be capital gains, so why doesn't Turbotax calculate it as such?
I'm using Assist & review version, yet when clicking on live help it never works, always says feature unavailable, and that's trying from different days & different computers.
