Could this be because the income as per the 2023 return is above the threshold for Advance Canada Worker's benefit (ACWB)? i.e. Line 41500 is only populated if the individual qualifies for ACWB in 2023 otherwise it will be blank even if there is an amount reported in Box 10 of the RC210
