Error in Software - Claims I have an amount in Box D of RL 19

I hat not filled or downloaded a REL 19 nor do I receive anticipated payment of this credit.  The software gives me an error message when I enter expenses incurred to stay at home saying I can't claim those if I filed a REL 19 but its not the case.
