I’m unable to e-file my 2023 return as TurboTax is detecting an error with the data entered from my T4A(P) statement, specifically box 21 (number of months - disability) and box 23 (number of months retirement). I reviewed the error. Box has 12 (number of months - disability) entered in the form field which was automatically uploaded from MyCRA account. Box 23 is empty in the form field and on my T4A(P) statement. So I’m confused as to the error still being detected as I don’t see one. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue?
