Medical expense claim period can't change - I use premium online

I tried to define medical expense claim period from when to when. However, i change every time from what system default (01/01/2023 -12/31/2023) to my choice, after I clicked to the next page and back to check the claim period, it is back to system default. How can I change the claim period to what I define?

my claim period is from 04/2022 to 04/2023. however, system keeps changing to 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023
