Can’t file because form TP80 was created, but not by me. How do I delete it. Case # [phone number removed]

To clear your current forms in TP-80, please follow the below steps:
1. Open TP-80.
2. Click on "EDIT" at the top.
3. Select "Forms" and clear the current forms.
4. Close any unused forms.
If you have an unused T2125 and Schedule 7 listed, please follow these steps in order:
1. Clear the T2125, then close unused forms.
2. Clear TP-80,then close unused forms.
3. Finally, clear the Schedule 7, then close unused forms.

No, didn’t fix the problem. Why did the program open form TP80 in the first place. I never entered it with a value. Makes me want to buy an alternate product next year
