We live in Sask and I am working on my daughters income tax. She is 19 and attended a college in Alberta this past year, and is moving home next week. Does she need to claim Alberta income tax or does she claim Sask taxes?
She will claim taxes in Saskatchewan as this is her home as per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
