Hello there.

After paying the full price, to let someone do my taxes for me I needed to upload my documents. I uploaded everything they asked for, my T4s and my proof of identity. The next step should be a phonecall, which I cant have because I don't have a phone number. So now they have all my Informations to start doing my taxes but they don't do them, its been a week now. In that week they  sent me a reminder to upload my informations, which I already did. 

How can I contact anyone from turbotax to make them aware about the situation so they look into my file and start doing my taxes ? Contacting in a different way than calling them ?
