CRA can reassess your tax return for a number of reasons (for example, to review your eligibility for certain credits/deductions or if the information they have on file for you does not match the information on your tax return). Did you receive a notice of reassessment from the CRA? A notice of reassessment would show what changes have been made to your tax return.
