I have no charitable donations to claim but the online program will not let me past the donations section as it keeps telling me to use this function, I need to upgrade. I don't want to use the donations section. Why can't I move past this without upgrading?
Can you please check what was your answer to the question "Did you make donations to a charity or political party?"? Did you select "No" and the software thinks that you have donations to claim anyway?

I answered no to this and the software still thinks I have donations to claim, which I do not.
