Hi can you recover my activation key for TurboTax 2022 ? I ordered thru Staples and submitted a request for the key but still no answer. My order was done with my hotmail email , contact me if you need it.
Unfortunately we do not have access to your license code which was purchased from a retailer. Do you still have access to your computer that you had your 2022 software downloaded?
I have lost email with the activation code for turbo tax 2023 desktop that I purchased online. It must have gone to junk mail which auto deletes after 30 days. My account shows that I purchased it but can't find a code. I just want someone to resend it
@glenns1194 You should be able to see your purchases history and all your license codes on your account. In case you don't find it, we just resent your receipt for TurboTax 2021 by email.
