Lost activation key for my TurboTax 2022.

Hi can you recover my activation key for TurboTax 2022 ? I ordered thru Staples and submitted a request for the key but still no answer. My order was done with my hotmail email , contact me if you need it.

Unfortunately we do not have access to your license code which was purchased from a retailer. Do you still have access to your computer that you had your 2022 software downloaded?

Yes , in fact TurboTax 2022 still runs , but I want to recover my license key in case i need it later.
