Troubleshooting

To install TurboTax 2024 on your new computer, you will follow these steps:

1. Go to turbotax.ca.
2. Click on File Myself—TurboTax Download
3. Download your product (as shown in the screenshot).
4. Click Get Started—then click on Download under the specific TurboTax software you purchased, and it will download onto your computer.
