I do not have a Turbo Tax icon, nor can I reinstall, as I can't find the disk for 2023 tax year. I probably just downloaded it from your website - I don't remember. The computer I have was purchased at Staples about six months ago and they transferred the files from the old computer, but the Turbo Tax icon was not there when I got it back. They said I would be able to open the files when I bought this year's Turbo Tax, which I intend to do. Is this true?
If so, let me know, and I will purchase the Turbo Tax program for the 2024 tax year.
