@dianajw1 Unfortunately, we no longer support those years, provide update or installers, as CRA wants the last 6 years saved.
You can search for TurboTax back up files on your computer by ( .tt2018) make sure to use the specific year after .tt** to search the back up files.
If you have the installation keys you can download some previous TurboTax Desktop version from this link.
