I am having exactly the same issue with the TurboTax 2024 H&B install. I have exactly the same processor and 16GB of RAM. I called the support and was directed to contact Microsoft (feels like passing the buck and is very concerning). Since this issue will likely come up with other customers with the same PC processors, why is Intuit not resolving this issue and posting the steps to resolve it, even if it is through Microsoft? Big disappointment.
