TurboTax Online 2021 is no longer available. If you have a Windows 10/11 PC, you can still use TurboTax Desktop for your 2021 taxes. You can see what we have available for past years here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/prior-year-taxes

Is there a way to access what we had completed from the online program? If we purchase the download?? Thank you!

No, there is no way to open TurboTax Online returns in TurboTax Desktop. 

If your TurboTax Online return was already filed you can download a PDF copy when you login to any current version of TurboTax Online. To do this, scroll to the bottom and click on Access your filed tax returns.

Incomplete returns would have been deleted when the 2021 servers were shut down.
