Can you please advise why I cannot leverage the CRA AFR feature until Feb 24,2025 as started in the following support article?

I ask because other tax software such a Simple Tax (by WealthSimple) allow me to use this option today. I love TurboTax but the AFR feature is a huge time saver for me and I don't want to spend the time manually entering Tx information. Please advise. Thank you!.
