Troubleshooting

I have tried all the suggestions listed here but line 44800 is still reporting a CPP overpayment. I have tried deleting and reentering the T4s, I have made sure the pensionable earnings is listed in box 24 and box 26. Is this a system glitch? Do I need to manually delete it?

Troubleshooting

Hey so I also went back to the beginning wher3 you fill in your date of birth and the system had changed my birth year to 2024. So once I fixed that, everything correctly calculated. Maybe try that?

I checked the DOB and it is accurate.

Troubleshooting

As of April 5, 2025 the issue still appears for me.  I called support and they agreed after screen sharing that everything is entered correctly.  I deleted the T4 and tried again, same issue.  Originally the T4 was imported from CRA.  The second time after deleting I entered it myself.  Same issue - the total CPP amount is included as an overpayment.  I have both CPP and CPP2 - not sure if that is triggering the issue.  Although I did try with and without different values - again - same issue.  I have no pensionable earnings, this is a vanilla T4.
