Troubleshooting

This can happen when you change the location of return's folder, or when the software was moved to a One Drive. We suggest the following resolution steps:

 

1- Uninstall the TurboTax software from the control panel
2- Reinstall from the following link (Note: make sure not to change the installation path and make sure you are on the administrator profile of the computer)
3- Once installation is complete, open a return directly from the software (File//Open//and select the return to open)

During tax season (February 24 to May 1), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

• 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
• 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

During the rest of the year (May 2 to February 19), we're available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support. We are closed on the weekends for now.
