Dismayed at the false advertising, inability to be able to file as I can't get passed the first step as none of the boxes are applicable and there's no option for zero income earners to proceed, as well as my inability in accepted defeat and try and close and delete my account. Your ethics as a company and the state of your platform - not inclusive of all tax payer needs, crashed, links unavailable not allowing unsatisfied clients to leave, no one answering the phone and the automation not being able to understand your needs etc. Your intake is on point and seems to be your sole interest. But not providing adequate customer service..... Just shameful. I will warn others.....
